Welcome to Gaeta Family Farm
This farm was recently established in 2012 by Tony Gaeta after retiring from Saint-Gobain focused primarily on producing pure maple syrup and growing Christmas trees. A newly constructed sugar house was built in order to process maple tree sap collected from 200+ taps on this property and on Upper Mountain road. Even though we are a small producer, we utilize state of the art equipment to make maple syrup. Making maple syrup is something we love doing each year!
Normal Store Hours
Monday through Friday-- 10am to 4pm.
Saturday Hours--10am to 2:30pm
Sunday Hours--11am to 4pm.

We sell Maple molded sugar, Maple encrusted sunflower seeds/peanuts/almonds, Maple cream, Maple Mustard, popcorn and of course, Maple Syrup.
